We ship physical orders from Plymouth, NH using USPS and UPS. Print-on-demand items (custom mugs, certain apparel) ship from our fulfillment partner in the United States.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $50 ship free within the contiguous United States.
We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Made-to-order items (custom mugs, some apparel) are only eligible for return or exchange if they arrive damaged or with a printing defect. Send a photo to sba@switchboardapp.net within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered — we can't un-download a file. But if the file is broken, the wrong product, or otherwise not what was described, write us and we'll fix it or refund you.
Your order confirmation email has a link to view the latest status. Statuses you might see:
Signed into Switchboard? Your orders and downloads are saved under My Orders in the dashboard.
No — guest checkout is fine. But if you sign in with your Switchboard account, your orders and downloads are saved and you don't have to re-enter shipping info next time.
We use Stripe for credit/debit cards and PayPal for PayPal balances. Both are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Card details never touch our servers — we only store the last 4 digits for the receipt.
For physical orders that haven't shipped yet, write us within an hour or two and we'll usually be able to update the address or quantity. Once it ships, we can't change it, but you can return it and re-order.
Maybe — for team orders of 10+ stickers or apparel pieces, email sba@switchboardapp.net with what you're after and we'll work something out.

By placing an order, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian's permission) and that the information you give us is accurate.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product has been listed at an obviously wrong price (we'll refund you in full if that happens).
Products featuring the Switchboard name and logo are sold as merchandise — they don't grant any rights to use the Switchboard brand for your own business or marketing.
We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any single order is the amount you paid for that order.
