Stickers and most apparel ship within 2 business days from New Hampshire. Print-on-demand items (custom mugs, some apparel) ship from our fulfillment partner within 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking email once it's on the way.

Nope — guest checkout is fine. But if you sign in with your Switchboard account, your orders and downloads are saved automatically and you don't need to re-enter shipping info next time.
Yes. Card data never touches our servers — we use Stripe and PayPal, both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. The shop runs over HTTPS end-to-end and we don't store any payment details beyond the last 4 digits for receipts.
